I managed to update the tablet with drivers from online.A cheap usb for charging phones made for a much better cable which I havent had problems with since.The keys may be limited but I can still use them for enough functions that they arent a big problem.Using windows tools and shortcuts I made the interface more accessible.

After looking through tons of forums I found patches for adobe programs so I could use it as intended with them.

I found tutorials on how to change the settings in windows 10 to have it work fairly well.

That said these problems were not unfixable. They are Windows only, I use 64bit Win 10 myself, but I don't remember if these work. These are my old backup files for UGEE m708 version 1 drivers.
